A few months back, we noted the arrival of the Pendry, a splashy new Gaslamp hotel that we all hoped would welcome San Diego Comic-Con attendees into its rooms.
Alas, it's not to be; the hotel isn't opening until fall 2016. That's the official word straight from the Pendry management. Sorry, everyone.
