In addition to their Pokemon Tournament, NintenDiego is hosting another SDCC event: a Smash Bros 3DS Tournament and Nintendo Cosplay Contest.
This one's a little different from the Pokémon tournament, which takes place at GameStop and is all ages. This will take place at Mission Brewery (adults only) and will feature two contests with prizes, courtesy of Pixelated Geek:
1. Nintendo Cosplay Contest. Wear a Nintendo-themed costume and you could win a prize in one of several categories.
2. Super Smash Bros. for 3DS Tournament. You'll need to bring your own copy of Super Smash Bros for 3DS - and it must be patched and up to date.
This will take place Saturday night at 8 pm. If you're not familiar with Mission Brewery, it's on the corner of 14th and L Street. The bar is also hosting Super Video Game Land the night before on Friday.
