As you know, one of the most beloved Comic-Con events is the San Diego Symphony Summer Pops Comic-Con concerts - and now the Symphony is offering a truly rare opportunity.
The #GetYourGeekOn contest is going to give someone the chance to be a guest conductor during a rehearsal for Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions. In addition to conducting, the winner also gets concert tickets and a prize pack.
How You Can Enter
Post a link to a :15-:30 second video via their Facebook page using hashtag #GYGO on why YOU should be considered as a guest conductor. It doesn't have to be fancy - this is about your reasons for wanting to be part of an iconic Comic-Con event, not production values. The best videos will be shared publically and the post with the most likes and shares will win.
I can't think of another contest I've seen that offers this kind of opportunity - so go ahead and film your statement. The deadline is 4 July.
