As we await the announcement of Thursday programming, here's a quick announcement that all Hannibal fans will want to know about.
Everyone knows now that Hannibal was canceled but will nevertheless have a final panel at Comic-Con. Here's your chance to send the show off in style. Friends of Comic Con have organized a
"flower crown" farewell during the Saturday 5 pm panel.
For various logistical reasons, they can't pass out the crowns during the panel - but the new fan meeting rooms were created for just this type of thing. So Fannibals will meet between 7-8 pm on Friday night at the Hyatt to pick up their flower crown and paper. Then at the Saturday panel, the audience will rise up wearing flower crowns and give a loud standing ovation, holding "FANNIBAL FOREVER" signs.
You can make your own by following the organizers' directions or simply come to the Friday night meetup at the Cortez Hill room on the 3rd floor of Seaport Tower. Please RSVP so they have a good idea of the supplies needed.
You may not want to commit to anything yet until all the programming is announced; that's okay. But please keep this in mind if you want to help make the final Hannibal panel especially meaningful.
