So I received my email from Travel Planners. Bear in mind that I got the "good" form so that may not mean much for your situation. But it does show that emails are trickling out - and the "Important Notes" say this:
If your request can be accommodated, a second email will arrive confirming your actual Hotel Reservation. This Hotel Reservation Confirmation email will be sent no later than March 26, 2015. It will contain instructions on how to provide your deposit, as well as other important deadline information.
Hey, that's tomorrow. So apparently the process isn't all that delayed after all.
If you haven't gotten your email yet, watch your inbox - I'm sure it'll come tonight if they're announcing assignments tomorrow.
